Eight years ago, former federal Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty began an annual tradition of bringing together a high-powered group of business and community leaders from across Canada for a two-day policy discussion.
“I was terribly saddened to hear of the sudden passing of a great Canadian, the Honourable Jim Flaherty. Having worked closely with Jim while Minister of Finance and through several cabinet portfolios, I can personally attest to his love of Canada and his commitment to the democratic process.
